JENS PEDERSON'S SYSTEM

I am still the happy owner of a pair of Calipers - which I have owned since around 1987-88. Still sound fabulous. Concerning amps, I have always used a Tandberg 3016 power amp with the speakers. Actually I believe Tandberg more or less designed the 3016 (which is a much larger version of the popular 3026 amp) with Apogee speakers in mind. The 3016 delivers around 450 watts into the 3 ohm load Caliper represents. Works very well.
